在巴黎中心的新设计沙龙MATTER和SHAPE的举办之际，India Mahdavi呈现多学科展览FOREIGN FLOWERS，由Dan Thawley策展，作为PROJECT ROOM #12。

FOREIGN FLOWERS质疑植物在装饰艺术中的角色，探索花卉和植物与家具制作、美术、工艺和收藏设计学科之间的关系。该群展摈弃了对花卉和植物的古典表现手法，汇聚了艺术家、设计师和创意工作者，他们的实践关注自然界的美与危险，以奇异而出人意料的方式描绘杂草、食肉植物和奇异花卉。参展艺术家包括：Grace Atkinson、Thomas Barger、Shannon Clegg、Elise Gettliffe、Lukas Heerich、Jochen Holz、Katerina Jebb、Ben Mazey、Kate MccGwire、Suzannah Pettigrew、RA Workshop、Lilla Tabasso、Orfeo Tagiuri、Conie Vallese、Nico Vascellari、Flaminia Veronesi和aurèce vettier。
